Bloom Postpartum—an expert-led online course designed to help you and your family prepare for life after baby. It combines my experience as a dual-certified Nurse Midwife and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with the wisdom of a village of guest experts.
Through my clinical work, I’ve witnessed how preparation and support can completely change a mother’s experience. One client who had struggled through severe postpartum depression found peace and joy the next time around—with a personalized plan and the right community behind her. I’ve seen this story repeat again and again: when moms have guidance and support, postpartum becomes lighter, calmer, and deeply fulfilling.
That’s what inspired me to create Bloom Postpartum—a space where expert voices in mental health, pelvic floor recovery, breastfeeding, sleep, nutrition, and more come together in one supportive, accessible online course. It’s everything I wish every parent could have from the start.
