I provide psychiatric medication management and integrative psychiatry for adults and children, tailoring each treatment plan to your unique needs, goals, and life stage.

I incorporate evidence-based non-medication approaches including nutritional supplementation, genetic testing, lab work, mind-body medicine, and holistic interventions alongside traditional treatment.

Kaitlyn Walker, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider at Bloom Mental Health & Wellness in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Kaitlyn holds a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and brings a wealth of experience and deep commitment to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges. Her expertise spans a variety of conditions, and her approach is centered on building meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower patients to take active roles in their mental wellness.
While Kaitlyn works with adults across all life stages, she has a special interest in women's mental health — including postpartum transitions, hormonal changes, and perinatal mental health. She continues to pursue education in this area to provide care that is informed, effective, and compassionate.
Kaitlyn is currently accepting new patients ages 18–65, including women, partners, and families navigating life transitions. She is accepting new medication management, integrative psychiatry, and therapy clients.
Her goal is for every person she works with to feel heard, supported, and included in their treatment journey.
